NIKYTA is a young clothing label based in Delhi, India. 

Once you place an order with us, we will be intimating you with an email containing your order details. Once the order is ready we will send you the tracking number just after the courier picks up your parcel.

India: 

Most orders take 12-15 days to deliver. It may vary depending on the availability of the fabric in which case we would inform you about it. If you have an urgent requirement for a product, you may contact us before placing the order. 

We provide free shipping across the country for standard delivery on orders.

Though we have been delivering domestically and we use some of India's largest logistics companies for shipping, we are bound in coverage by their reach. In case your address is in a location not served by them we would contact you to find an alternative solution to make your pieces reach you. All orders will be delivered to the address mentioned at the time of placing the order. To ensure timely delivery and avoid misplacement, we request you to provide your complete address and check thoroughly before submitting. In case of misplacement or undelivered goods, the customer must inform the company immediately for investigation in the matter. 

International:

International delivery typically takes 22 - 25 business days. Delivery times are provided as guidelines only. Kindly note that delivery to rural addresses can result in longer delivery times. International shipping charges will apply and will be calculated at checkout. NIKYTA  is not responsible for delays, customs or duties. All applicable import and clearance fees if any are the responsibility of the customer. These vary in all countries and are determined by your local government.
