Returns and Exchange Policy 

We invest a great deal of love and care in the making of each NIKYTA piece. As a company policy we do not provide refunds on any product sold. Once the pieces are sold they can only be exchanged in case the customer wants to change the size. If there is a defect or from our end, we will send a replacement (provided the aforementioned terms and conditions are met). If for some reason, you are unsure of the size or we’ve missed a spot and you’d like to exchange them, you can write to us at atlier@nikyta.in within 7 days of receiving your order and someone from our customer care team will contact you within 1-2 business days and will guide you through the process of returning and exchanging the pieces. They may request for further information/photographs to assess your return request. Please assist them. Please note, the customer will bear the cost of returning the garments with all original tags in place and ensure the garment/s are all unused. 

We hold the right to not accept the products in case received in a damaged condition or after the given time.

Conditions: 

  1. If a piece is exchanged once, it cannot be exchanged the second time.

  2. The cost of return / exchange if any have to be borne by the customer. Request you to please go through our size guide thoroughly before confirming your orders. For any assistance you can write to us on atlier@nikyta.in

  3. The products should be in unworn condition with all tags intact. The brand holds all rights to not accept the products in case they are used or damaged by the customer.

  4. We only accept exchange / return of product if intimated within 7 days of the goods received by the customer.

  5. Bespoke or customised orders cannot be cancelled or exchanged unless they are faulty or not as requested.

  6. Exchange and return are not applicable on International orders.

  7. We do not follow a refund policy and do not offer a refund on any orders. Only exchange in size or replacement of defected garment.

  8. All products bought on sale are not acceptable for exchange. 

 Product Colours and Print:

  1. We have made every effort possible to ensure the colours are displayed as accurately as possible. We cannot guarantee your computer’s monitor will accurately display the true colour. If you have any questions about the colour of an item please contact atlier@nikyta.in prior to placing your order.

  2. The print placement may vary with each piece and is a part of the product uniqueness. Rest assured, the variations in the placement will be done mindfully keeping the aesthetic value of the product intact. If you wish to make the placement exactly as the image displayed, you may get in touch with us prior to placing your order.
